This idea that people *HAVE TO* hire their staff like they’re picking the next multi-racial 12 member international super group of amazing people is ridiculous. I understand diversity, and the need for it. I really do. But to blast every single person that doesn’t fire the list of necessary progressive characters (the serious lesbian, the attractive, but really smart and chic geek-girl, the gay European guy, 25 hipsters, etc) getting really, really old. But “slut shaming” every company that doesn’t meet your quota of diversity is bully-ism as well.
